| 摘 要： | 目的:测定人血浆中罗红霉素的含量。方法:以乙醚萃取法处理血浆,采用高效液相色谱法对血浆中罗红霉素的含量进 行测定。结果:在所采用的色谱条件和血浆处理方法下,罗红霉素在0.125-16μg/ml范围内有很好的线性关系,结论:该方法灵敏 度高,精密度和准确度好,适用于罗红霉素的临床监控、 药动学与生物利用度研究。

| Abstract: | Objective:To measure the content of roxithromycin in human blood plasma. Methods :The blood plasma was dealed with aether extraction,and the content of roxithromycin in blood plasma was measured by HPLC. Results: Roxithromycin has good linear relationship between 0.125-16μg/ml on the condition of the applied chromatogram condition, and controlling of blood plasma. Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity, good precision and accuracy, it is applicable to clinic controlling drug Riuetics and bioavailability of roxithoomycin. |
