建立血液透析血管通路10年经验总结(附2000例报告)

目的:总结2 000例(2 280次)血液透析血管通路建立的经验,探讨自体动静脉内瘘术前血管评估、术式选择、操作要点及并发症处理。方法:根据患者血管条件及其他状况选择自体动静脉内瘘、人工血管移植动静脉内瘘成形术或永久双腔导管中心静脉置入术。结果:自体动静脉内瘘成形术2 219次,近期通畅率达98.56%。人工血管移植动静脉内瘘成形术36例,术后均正常使用。结论:自体动静脉内瘘仍然是最佳的血管通路,与其他的血管通路相比,具有通畅率高、使用时间长、并发症少等优点。

Building up vascular access of hemodialysis for 10 years: report of 2000 cases

Objective: To sum up the experience of 2 000 cases of building up vascular access of hemodialysis for evaluation of vein,choice of operation,its points and complications before the autologous arteriovenous fistulas(AVF).Methods: According to patients'vascular condition and other conditions,we should select the autologous AVF,arteriovenous graft(AVG) and percutaneous double cavity catheter.Results: Taken shape of autologous AVF for 2 219 times,the lucid rate was 98.56% in the near future.The AVG coud be used normally after taking shape operations in 36 cases.Conclusion: Compared with other vascular access,the autologous AVF is still the best vascular access.It has lots of advantages such as the high lucid rate,lasting for a long time,and less of complications etc.
