TURBt治疗膀胱肿瘤（附68例报告）

目的：探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TURBt）治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。方法：采用TURBt治疗膀胱肿瘤68例，术后应用丝裂霉素灌注膀胱，并定期随访6个月-5年，将临床效果与开放手术对照组作比较。结果：采用TURBt治疗膀胱肿瘤组患者平均手术时间30min，出血量约50～100ml，术后带尿管3—5d，住院天数5—7d，复发率及复发时间与开放手术比较差异无统计学意义，总体效果优于开放手术。结论：TURBt治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤创伤小，痛苦小，恢复快，并发症少，可作为浅表性膀胱肿瘤的首选术式。

Transurethral resection of bladde tumor: A report of 68 cases

Objective To evaluate the effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBt) for superficial bladder tumor.Method For 68 cases of bladder tumor were treated by TURBt,and mitomycin was poured into bladder after operation.These patients were followed up for 6 months to 5 years,and the curative effect was compared with the control group(open operation).Results In the TURBt group,the average operation time was 30 minutes,the average blood lost was 50～100ml,the average time taking urethral catheter was 3-5 days,the average postoperative hospital stay was 5～7 days.Relapse rate and relapsing time had no significant difference with the control group,and the total validity was better than the control group.Conclusion TURBt can be the first selection for superficial bladder tumor with littler trauma,less pain,fast recovery and less complications.
