16层螺旋CT多种重建技术诊断输尿管梗阻性病变的价值

目的：探讨多层螺旋CT在输尿管重建中显示输尿管梗阻性病变的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析60例输尿管梗阻性疾病患者的多层螺旋CT资料，并应用多种后处理技术重建。结果：60例中输尿管结石39例，炎症狭窄3例，肿瘤5例，其他恶性肿瘤累及输尿管6例，尿液外漏1例，息肉1例，先天畸形5例。结论：多层螺旋CT对输尿管梗阻性病变的显示和诊断具有优越性，多种后处理技术是明确输尿管梗阻性疾病诊断的重要方法，具有很高的临床应用价值。

Value of 16 slices spiral CT with multiple reconstruction techniques in the diagnosis of ureteral obstruction

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of ureteral obstruction in ureteral reconstruction. Methods Multislice spiral CT with multiple reconstruction techniques in 60 cases of ureteral obstruction were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of all cases, there were 39 cases of ureteral calculus, 3 inflammatory stenosis, 5 ureteral tumors, 6 malignant tumor involved ureteral, 1 urine liquid leaks outside, 1 ureteral polyps, 5 congenital variants. Conclusion Multislice spiral CT can provide comprehensive information about the ureteral obstruction. The multiple reconstruction techniques of multislice spiral CT is the very important way for diagnosing ureteral obstruction disease, with a higher clinical value.
