| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药针剂香菇多糖腹腔灌注联合射频热疗对癌性腹水的临床效果。方法 69例癌性腹水病人随机分为两组，治疗组35例采用香菇多糖腹腔灌注联合射频热疗；对照组34例单用香菇多糖腹腔灌注治疗。结果 治疗组有效率及KPS评分较对照组明显提高，两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0．05)。结论 香菇多糖腹腔灌注联合射频热疗能显著提高癌性腹水的治疗效果，改善病人生存质量，副作用可以耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effects of the combined treatment of lentinan and the local thermotherapy with radiofrequency for malignant ascites. Methods Sixty-nine patients with malignant ascites were randomly divided into two groups. In the treated group,35 patients underwent lentinan intraperitoneal perfusion and local radiofrequency thermotherapy. 34 patients of the control group received lentinan intraperitoneal perfusion only. Results The efficacy rate and KPS score in the treated group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion The combination of lentinan and the local thermotherapy with radiofrequency improves the therapeutic effects for malignant ascites and patients quality of life ,which is worth clinical application. |
