恩再适联合新癀片治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨恩再适联合新癀片治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床效果。方法老年PHN64例,随机分为3组,3组均在常规抗病毒的基础上,A组加用恩再适注射液(牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液),B组加用新癀片与恩再适注射液,C组加用新癀片,疗程21天,以VAS评分法评价治疗前后的临床效果。结果VAS评分:治疗3天后B、C组较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),A组在治疗14天后才显著降低(P<0.01),A、B组治疗14天后随时间延长,VAS评分降低越显著(P<0.01),C组在治疗14天后VAS评分降低不明显(P>0.05)。结论恩再适与新癀片联合应用能有效缓解PHN患者的神经病理性疼痛,较单一用药效果好。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of xinhuang tablet combined with analgecine injection on senile postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 64 elder patients suffering from PHN were randomly divided into three groups.Besides the conventional antiviral therapy,patients in Group A analgecine injection,in Group B xinhuang tablet plus analgecine injection and in Group C xinhuang tablet were given respectively.The therapeutic course for all was 21 days.The effects were evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS).Results On the 3rd day after treatment in groupB ?C and on the 14th day in group A,the score of VAS decreased significantly comparing with that before treatment(P<0.01).After 14 days treatment in group A?B,the score of VAS decreased more significantly(P<0.01)as time went on.There was no significant decrease on the 14th day after treatment in group C(P>0.05).Conclusions Effect of analgecine injection combined with xinhuang tablet on senile PHN is significant,and better than the sole usage of two medicines .
