浙江省城乡社区基层卫生机构疾控工作状况调查

目的了解浙江省基层卫生机构疾控工作开展情况,分析存在的主要问题,并提出建议。方法在全省以分层随机抽样原则抽取32个县(市、区)作为调查点,再各随机抽取2个基层卫生机构作为样本机构,开展问卷调查。结果政府对于基层卫生机构的拨款与补助呈现逐年增长的趋势,但其中防保组所占比例较小。2007年基层卫生机构平均在岗人员数为49.5人,其中防保组人员5.6人,占11.3%。2007年项目平均开展比例为92.4%,开展程度为81.1%。结论我省基层卫生机构的疾病预防控制工作存在相对投入少、人员业务素质不足、服务功能不完善等问题。今后要强化基层卫生机构承担的疾病预防控制职能,构筑以基层卫生机构为基础的疾病预防控制体系。
