西尼罗河病毒在输血医学中的研究

2002年,首次报道输血传播西尼罗河病毒(WNV)。约80%的WNV感染者是无症状的,20%有感冒样症状,1%发展成严重神经系统疾病。假设WNV感染会出现短暂病毒血症,WNV经输血传播就是输血安全的潜在危险,采供血工作就会面临新的挑战。美国和加拿大从2003年起对献血者进行WNV筛选,降低了WNV带给血液供应的危险。本文就WNV流行病学、输血传播病例、检测方法及预防进行综述。

Study of West Nile Virus in the Transfusion Medicine

Transfusion-transmitted West Nilevinls （WNV）infections were first reported in 2002o Approximately 80 percent of WNV infections are asyptomatie ,20 percent have syptoms, which are usually flu-likeo Approximately 1 percent of infected individuals develop serious neurological illness. Suppose WNV infection will appear little viremia, WNV can be transmitted via blood transfusion ,which isa potential danger of blood safety. the new challenge for blood supply. Blood donation screening for west nile virus was implemented in US and Canada started in 2003 ,which reduce the threat of WNV to blood supply. In this review, the prevalence of WNV, cases of transfusiontransmitted WNV infection, determined method and prevention were summarized.
