临床路径护理在脑动脉瘤手术治疗中的效果分析

目的探讨临床路径护理在脑动脉瘤手术治疗中的应用效果,寻找最佳护理模式.方法选取2010年6月至2012年6月在我院接受手术治疗的脑动脉瘤患者112例,随机分为观察组和对照组（各56例）,观察组给予临床路径护理,对照组实施传统的常规护理,观察和比较两组患者的护理效果和患者的满意度.结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的住院费用和住院天数均显著降低或缩短,基础护理、护理文书、专科护理评分以及患者的满意度均显著升高,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论临床路径护理措施可显著缩短脑动脉瘤手术患者的住院时间并减少住院费用,同时还可提高患者对医护人员的满意度及护理质量,值得临床进一步探索.

Analysis on the Effects of Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Surgical Treatment of Cerebral Aneurysms Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the surgical treatment of cerebral aneurysms, and find the best nursing mode. Methods 112 patients with cerebral aneurysms admitted in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 and underwent surgical treatment were randomly divided into the observation group and control group （56 cases in each group）. The observation group was given clinical nursing pathway, while the control group was given traditional nursing. The nursing effect and patients satisfaction of two groups were observed and compared between two groups. Results Com-pared with the control group, the hospitalization expenses and hospital stay of the observation group were lower or shorter, the score of basic nursing, nursing document, specialist nursing and patient satisfaction of the observation group were signifi-cantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway could significantly shorten the hospital stay time, lower the hospitalization costs of patients with cerebral aneurysm underwent surgery. In addition, it could improve patient satisfaction and quality of care and was worth being further investigated in clinic.
