| 摘 要： | 目的研究不同病例组合方案下病例组合指数的比较及与医院住院费用的关系。方法讨论不同组合方案下各医院病例组合指数的计算结果、病例组合指数与医院总费用的关系，同时还讨论如何利用病例组合指数对医院费用进行补偿。结果计算出不同组合下各医院病例组合指数及不同的病例组合指数与医院总费用的关系。结论不同病例组合方案计算的病例组合指数不同，病例组方案分的越细计算得出的病例组合指数可以解释医院总费用越好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study case mix index and the relationship between hospitalization costs and case mix index based on different case mix plans. Methods Calculating the case mix index of each hospital. Discussing the relationship between hospitalization costs and case mix index. Results Case mix index of each hospital and the relationship between CMI and the hospitalization costs was calculated. Conclusion Different case mix plan has different case mix index. |
