| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心脏监护室(cardiac care unit,CCU)患者家属焦虑的相关因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷,通过问卷调查50例CCU患者家属的焦虑状况及其相关因素。结果CCU患者家属的焦虑程度与患者病情的危重程度、家属和患者之间的关系、家庭经济状况、CCU探视条件、获得疾病知识的时间和方式等因素有关。结论通过采取护理干预减轻患者家属的焦虑,有助于维护患者家属的身心健康。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the factors related to anxiety of CCU patients' families. Methods The family members of 50 CCU patients' families had been given questionnaires to evaluate their anxiety and correlation factor. Results The factors relating to anxiety of CCU patients' families in cardiac care unit are related to the environment of emergency department,the time and ways of acquiring disease knowledge,process of collecting fees and so on. Conclusions We find out that proper nursing interventions can reduce the anxious level of patients' families,and is helpful to family members' physical and mental health. |
