| 摘 要： | 目的观察鼻渊通治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法鼻渊通治疗组和阿莫西林对照组分别对100例和70例儿童慢性鼻窦炎治疗一疗程并观察其疗效。结果鼻渊通治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,鼻渊通长期服用较少产生耐药菌株,不良反应少、价格低、使用方便、易被接受。结论鼻渊通治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎疗效高、长期服用较少产生耐药菌株、安全性好、服用方便,推荐临床作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of the Bi yuan tong on the chronic sinusitis in children.Methods The Clinical effects on Bi yuan tong and Amoxicillin were compared respectively in two groups of 100 and 70 cases after a coures of treatment.Results The cura- tive effects of Bi yuan tong was higher than that of the control groups,and Bi yuan tong was easy to take and the side effect was slight. Conclu- tion Bi yuan tong has nicely curative effects and few side effect,is easy to take and expanded to use for treating chronic sinusitis in children. |
