摘    要:研究了P物质受体在豚鼠听觉脑干中枢及内侧膝状体的分布。采用兔抗SPR血清和免疫组织化学ABC法及葡萄糖氧化酶-DNA-镍染色技术。结果;耳蜗核,上橄榄复合体,下丘及内侧膝状体广泛分布SPR理性神经元,纤维及终末。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the distribution of substance P receptor (SPR) in the brain stem auditory centre and medial geniculate body (MGB) of guinea pigs. Methods: Rabbit serum against SPR. immuno-histochemical ABC method and glucose-oxidase-DAB-nickle technique were used in this study. Results: The positive neurons, fibers and endings of SPR were distributed widely in the cochlear nucleus, superior olive complex, inferior colliculus and MGB. In cochlear nucleus, SPR positive neurons were distributed mainly in the ventral cochlear nucleus (VCN). SPR positive products were located predominately in the cell membrane. The density of positive endings in the dorsal cochlear nucleus (DCN) was higher than that in the ventral cochlear nucleus. There were obvious characteristics in distribution pattern of SPR positive products in the superior olive complex. The positive neurons of SPR were located mainly in lateral superior olive. In the central nucleus of inferior colliculus, SPR positive fibers, endings and neurons were also found, but the number of positive neurons was fewer. The density of SPR positive fibers and endings in the MGB was higher. Conclusion: SP may participate in transmitting sound messages in brain stem auditory centre and MGB of guinea pig.
