产前超声对胎儿水肿综合征的诊断评价

目的探讨产前超声对胎儿水肿综合征的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析16例胎儿水肿综合征的超声图像特点与随访结果,并对结果进行分析。结果 16例胎儿经引产后尸解确诊为胎儿水肿综合征,产前超声准确率100%。胎儿水肿综合征具有皮肤水肿、胎儿胸腹水、胎盘增厚、肝大、肢体短小、羊水增多或减少等典型超声图像特征,同时伴心律失常及心功能不全。结论产前超声是诊断胎儿水肿综合征可靠方法,具有较好的临床应用价值。

The diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound in fetal edema syndrome

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound in fetal hydrops syndrome.Methods 16 cases with fetal hydrops syndrome with 2D-US image were analyzed.Results 16 cases were proved as fetal hydrops syndrome after induced abortion and the accuracy rate was 100%.The characteristic ultrasound findings in fetal hydrops syndrome included skin edema,hydrothorax and fetal,placental thickening,increased liver,short limbs,increased or decreased amniotic fluid,fetal arrhythmia and heart failure,etc.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound has very important clinical value in diagnosis of fetal hydrops syndrome.
