| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨成人复杂主动脉缩窄安全有效的手术方法。方法：全麻常温下经胸腹正中联合切口行升主动脉—腹主动脉搭桥术。结果：５例患者术后上肢血压下降明显，下肢血压升高满意，无神经系统和其它严重并发症。结论：该手术显露和操作简单、适应证广、疗效确切、并发症少和费用低。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study a simple,safe and effective surgical treatment of complex coarctation of the aorta in adult. Methods:Five patients with complex coarctation of the aorta underwent ascending abdominal aorta bypass grafts under general anesthesia and normal temperature. Results:The blood pressure of arms evidently drops and the blood pressure of legs satisfactorily raises without neurologic complication. Conclusion:The method is simple and effective,with low complication and cost. |
