氨茶碱对血液流变学的影响

摘    要:氨茶碱是治疗支气管哮喘的主要药物,本文就氨茶碱(iv 25mg/kg)对正常家兔的血液流变学和大鼠高血粘模型进行了研究,发现氨茶碱可明显降低正常兔及模型大鼠血液粘度.血浆粘度.血细胞比容和红细胞聚集性.结果表明:氨茶碱具有增强血液的流变性.改善血液瘀滞之作用,该作用为氨茶碱防治支气管哮喘药理基础之一.

Abstract:The effects of aminophylline (Ah) on blood viscosity (BV), plasma viscosity (PV), hematocrit(HCT) were studied in rabbits. Ah (25mg/kg iv slowly) decreased BV at shear rate of 700s~(-1) and 70s~(-1), PV and HCT. These action obvious occured between 120 and 180 min. The rat model of acute "High blood viscosity" was formed quickly with adrenaline and ice water stress. The effects of Ah on high blood viscosity (HBV) and plasma viscosity (PV), Hematocrit(HCT), erythrocyte electrophoretic time(EET) were studied in the model rats, iv Ah 25 mg/kg markedly decreased above indexs.
