| 摘 要： | 目的 检测VEGF C在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其表达与胃腺癌淋巴结转移的关系 ,从而探讨VEGF C与肿瘤淋巴道转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组化SABC法 ,检测 60例胃腺癌组织中VEGF C蛋白的表达及定位。结果 60例胃腺癌组织中VEGF C染色阳性 2 5例 ,阳性物质主要位于肿瘤细胞胞浆内 ,在发生淋巴结转移的病例组 ,VEGF C的表达明显高于未发生淋巴结转移组。结论 VEGF C在胃腺癌中选择性地表达 ,其表达与胃腺癌的淋巴结转移密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of VEGF-C in gastric adenocarcinoma and to clarify its role in lymphatic metastasis. Methods Paraffin-embedded specimens from 60 patients with primary gastric adenocarcinoma were investegated using immunohistochemical staining. Results Positive immunohistochemical staining for VEGF-C protein was observed in 25 of all the patients, the VEGF-C antigen was identified in the cytoplasm of cancer cells, furthermore, the expression of VEGF-C was significantly higher in lymph-node-positive group than in node-negative group. Conclusion There must be a close correlation between VEGF-C expression and lymph node metastasis in gastric adenocarcinoma. |
