中药药学服务对患者用药依从性的影响

目的:通过研究住院患者用药依从性现状,探讨改善中药药学服务的方法。方法:对门诊、住院的各100名患者就用药依从性问题进行随机的问卷调查,并分析研究相关数据。结果:门诊患者存在不依从行为明显较高,占76%;住院患者明显较低,为17%。经计算,两组间差异显著(P<0.05)用药不依从主要表现形式多种多样,在剂量和用法上都会出现问题。结论:针对门诊和住院患者的区别和引起用药不依从原因提出对中药药学服务的改善意见。

The Impact of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Care on the Medication Compliance

Objectives： Discuss the methods to improve traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care via exploring the medication compliance of the hospitalized patients. Methods： Deliver questionnaires randomly to 100 cases of outpatients and 100 cases of inpatients, and analyze the relevant data. Results： The medication compliance of the outpatients （76%） was signiifcantly higher than that of the inpatients （17%）. By the calculation, the difference between groups was signiifcant （P〈0.05）, and the manifestation of medication noncompliance was in a various pattern, with problems in the dosage and administration. Conclusions： Make suggestions to improve traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care based on the differences between the outpatients and inpatients, as well as the medication noncompliance.
