摘    要:近年来,老百姓"看病难、看病贵"的现象愈演愈烈。由于这种现象的存在使得目前的医患关系也日益紧张,各级医院频繁出现医疗纠纷和伤医事件。医院管理是按照医院工作的客观规律,运用现代的管理理论和方法,对人、财、物、信息、时间等资源,进行计划、组织、协调、控制,充分发挥整体运行功能,以取得最佳综合效益的管理活动过程。本文旨在从加强医患沟通,开展医德教育,健全应急机制等医院管理的层面入手,探讨构建和谐医患关系的途径。

Abstract:In recent years, the phenomenon of "high expense-and difficulties in medicine" has been intensified. Such phenomenon has made the current doctor-patient relationship increasingly tense, medical disputes and wound medical providers are frequent in each level of hospitals. Hospital management is in accordance with objective laws of hospital work, which use modern management theories and methods to plan, organize, coordinate and control the resources of human, financial, material, information and etc., and give full play to the overall operation, in order to achieve the best effectiveness of management activities. This article aims to strengthen the doctor-patient communication, conduct medical virtue education, improve emergency response mechanisms, in the view of hospital management, and explores the way to construct the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
