糖尿病视网膜病变血浆及眼内液VEGF水平的变化

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）发生发展过程中的作用。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法定量检测无糖尿病视网膜病变（NDR）组、非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变（NPDR）组血浆中VEGF的含量,PDR病例组及对照组血浆、房水、玻璃体中VEGF含量。结果血浆：NPDR组VEGF含量（88.17±25.8）pg·mL^-1,明显高于NDR组（37.49±16.6）pg·mL^-1和PDR组（63.12±16.25）pg·mL^-1,PDR组VEGF含量高于NDR,以上三组中VEGF含量均高于正常对照组（14.39±10.48）pg·mL^-1,各组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;PDR组血浆（63.12±16.25）pg·mL^-1、房水（291.21±45.04）pg·mL^-1、玻璃体（527.62±79.00）pg·mL^-1中VEGF的浓度均高于对照组（P〈0.01）;PDR组自身血浆、房水、玻璃体中VEGF三者比较,玻璃体〉房水〉血浆（P〈0.05）。结论 VEGF在糖尿病视网膜病变新生血管的发生发展中发挥了重要作用。

The Level of VEGF in Plasma and Intraocular Liquid in Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective To detect the concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） in plasma of deabetic retinopathy（ DR） and in traocular liquid in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy（ PDR） and to evaluate the role VEGF plays in the development of DR.Methods The concentration of VEGF in plasma,aqueous humor and vitreous body in NDR NPDR PDR and normal group were detected by ELISA.Results Plasma：The levels of VEGF in NPDR group（ 88.17 ± 25.8） pg·mL^-1were higher than those in NDR group（ 37.49 ±16.6） pg·mL^-1and PDR group（ 63.12 ± 16.2） 5pg·mL^-1.The levels of VEGF in PDR group were significantly higher than those in NDR group.The levels of VEGFin these three groups were significantly higher than that in control group（ 14.39 ± 10.48） pg·mL^-1.②The levels of VEGF in the aqueous humor（ 291.21 ±45.04） pg·mL^-1and vitreous（ 527.62 ± 79.00） pg·mL^-1of PDR patients were significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0.01）;③Compared the levels of VEGF among the plasma aqueous humor and vitreous of PDR patients,the results showed vitreous〉 aqueous humor 〉plasma（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion VEGF plays an important role in development of retinal neovascularization in patients with diabetic retinopathy.
