复方苦参注射液在放射性肺炎治疗中的临床研究

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合激素、抗生素治疗放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:65例放射性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。对照组给予抗生素及激素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用复方苦参注射液,观察两组患者的近期综合疗效及生活质量状况评分。结果:治疗组近期综合疗效及生活质量状况评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合激素、抗生素治疗放射性肺炎有一定的增效作用,且可改善患者的生活质量。

Outcomes of compound matrine injection for radiation pneumonitis

Objective：To assess the clinical effects of compound matrine injection combined with hormone and antibiotics on radiation pneumonia. Methods：Sixty-five patients with radiation pneumonitis were randomly allocated to treatment group （n = 33 ） and control group （n = 32 ）. The control group received therapy regimen of hormone and antibiotics, and the treatment group were given additional compound matrine injection on basis of the protocol used in the control group. The two groups were assessed regarding the short-term effects and scores on quality of life. Results ： The outcomes were superior for the treatment group to the controls（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Compound matrine injection, when combined with hormone and antibitoties, appears to better facilitate the therapeutic effects as well as to improve the quality of life for patients with such entity.
