2008-2012年宁夏职业病发病情况分析

目的对宁夏2008-2012年职业病新发病例进行汇总,分析发病规律和特征,为进一步采取防治措施提供依据。方法通过《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》收集全区职业病报告卡,用SPSS11.5进行统计学分析。结果 2008-2012年宁夏共发生职业病751例,其中尘肺病648例、急性职业中毒75例、慢性职业中毒19例、职业性耳鼻喉口腔疾病4例、生物因素所致职业病2例、职业性皮肤病1例、其他职业病2例。我区职业病主要发生在石嘴山市,共计582例,占77.5%;职业病主要发病行业为煤炭、冶金和化工等行业,其中煤炭556例（占74.03%）、冶金77例（占10.25%）和化工37例（占4.93%）。结论尘肺病仍是宁夏常见的职业病,应加强接触粉尘工人的防护。重视职业中毒的预防控制。

Incidence of the Occupation Diseases in Ningxia from 2008 to 2012

Objective To summarize the new cases of the occupation disease from 2008 to 2012 and to analyze the incidence and characteristics of the occupation disease. Methods The report cards were collected by China disease dontrol and drevention information system. SPSS 11.5 was used for statistical analysis. Results From 2008 to 2012, 751 cases of occupation diseases were reported in Ningxia, including 648 Cases of pneumoconiosis disease in, 75 cases of acute occupation poisoning, 19 cases of chronic Poisoning, ear nose throat of oral diseases in 4 cases, 2 cases of occupation disease caused by biological factors, occupation sex skin disease in 1 cases, other occupation diseases in 2 cases. Occupation disease occured mainly in Shizuishan city, a total of 582 cases, accounting for 77.5%. Conclusion Pneumoconiosis is the most common occupation disease and the protection of workers exposed to dust should be strengthened.
