| 摘 要： | 左室流出道(LVOT)起源的室性心动过速和频发性室性期前收缩,是一种少见的特发性室性心律失常(IVA)。导管消融LVOT起源的特发性IVA是一种安全有效的治疗方法。LVOT起源的IVA具有其特殊性。了解LVOT的解剖结构、IVA的心电图表现以及标测的特点,有利于提高导管消融的成功率,减少并发症的发生。

Current perspectives of radiofrequency catheter ablation for idiopathic ventricular arrhythmia originating from the left ventricular outflow tract |

| Abstract: | Ventricular tachycardias (VTs) or premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) originating from the left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) represent a type of rare idiopathic ventricular arrhythmia (IVA). Radiofrequency catheter ablation has been used as an effective and safe procedure for the treatment of LVOT idiopathic IVA. Knowledge of the anatomy of LVOT and electrocardiographic characteristics of IVA enhances the success rate of radiofrequency catheter ablation and minimizes procedural complications. |
