Abstract:Antral duplication cyst with an antral mucosal lining accounts for 2.2% of all gastric duplications, which represent 4–8% of all alimentary tract duplications. They usually become symptomatic before 2 years of age. We report a 6-year-old child with no previous history of symptoms who was admitted to our hospital because of frequent vomiting and acute abdominal pains for the previous 2 days. Abdominal examination revealed a mass in the epigastric area.
