| 摘 要： | 目的 分析各种甲状腺疾病血管造影表现特点，为临床治疗提供资料。材料与方法 行甲状腺数字减影血管造影（DSA）共56例，其中甲状腺机能亢进37例，甲状腺腺瘤13例，结节性甲状腺肿5例，胸骨后甲状腺肿1例，静脉法DSA37例，动脉法DSA9例，结果 56例病变显示清楚，其中36例经手术切除，符合率为98%，无1例发生并发症。结论 DSA能显示甲状腺病变供血特点，有助于甲状腺疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断。指导甲状腺机能亢进的介入性栓塞治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze DSA manifestations of different thyroid diseases, to provide information useful for the clinical management.Materials and Methods DSA was performed in 56 cases with thyroid diseases, including hyperthyroidism (n=37), thyroid adenoma (n=13), nodular goiter (n=5) and retrosternal goiter (n=1). Venous DSA was conducted in 37 cases and arterial DSA in 19.Results Lesions were well displayed in all cases. Surgical remove was done in 36 cases, with a coincidence rate of 98%. No complications were occurred. Conclusion DSA can show the blood supply characteristics of different thyroid diseases, which are helpful for the diagnosis and differentiation of the thyroid diseases. More over, interventional therapy can be completed together with arterial DSA procedures. |
