| 摘 要： | 为了探讨急性坏死性胰腺炎（ANP）的治疗方案，对收治的52例急性坏死性胰腺炎的资料进行分析，将22例非手术综合治疗组（A组）与30例手术治疗组（B组）的治疗情况和治疗效果进行比较，结果：A组并发症的发生率和死亡率明显低于B组，而B组中早期手术组（Ba组）的死亡率远高于晚期手术组（Bb组）结果表明，ANP时早期非手术治疗组的疗效明显优于早期手术治疗组，作者还对非手术治疗的综合治疗方案和手术时机及术式的选择进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The article studied 52 acute necrotic pancretitis (ANP) patients. The treatment and its effect was compared between 22 cases in no operation group (group A) and 30 cases in operation group (group B). The results showed that the occurrence of complication and the mortality in group A were significantly lower than those in group B. And the mortality of ANP patients operated early (Ba) was much much higher than that of ANP patients operated later (Bb) in group B. Results showed that the treatment effect of ANP patients in early no operation group was significantly better than that in early operation group. We further discussed the comprehensive treatment program for non-operation ANP patients and the proper time and operation pattern for operation ANP patients. |
