| 摘 要： | 目的：优化唇香草中挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺。方法：采用正交实验对β-环糊精包合的主要工艺参数进行筛选,以包合物的包合率及收得率为指标,选定最佳工艺,并采用薄层色谱法和紫外分光光度法对包合物进行物相鉴别。结果：唇香草中挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺的最佳工艺为：采用机械搅伴法,挥发油与β-环糊精投料比为1：8,加水量为10倍,包和温度50℃,搅拌时间1.5h。结论：此工艺可提高制剂稳定性,方法简便易行,能适用于大生产。

| Abstract: | Objective：To optimize the including preparation for Volatile Oil in Ziziphora clinopodioides Lain with β-cyclodextrin. Methods：Indexes including the ratio of obtained inclusion compound were used to evaluate the technologiesby orthogonal design. Object and phrase identification have been done with TLC and UV spectrophotometly. Resuits： The optimized experimental conditions were A2 B1 C2, which were with proportion of 1 ： 8, temperature at 50℃ and 1.5 hours for including. Conclusion： The including technology is simple, reliable and efficient to improve the stability of volatiLe, which fits the factory production. |
