泌尿生殖道支原体感染临床耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:比较抗生素对泌尿生殖道抗菌作用,为临床合理用药提供依据.方法:对诊断为宫颈炎、阴道炎和非淋菌性尿道炎的1183例患者的宫颈或尿道分泌物进行支原体培养-药敏一步法培养检测分型并分析其耐药性.结果:解脲支原体(Uu)356例,人型支原体(Mh)16例,Uu 和Mh混合感染162例,合计534例;女性352例(65.9%),男性182例(34.1%),女性明显高于男性(P<0.01).9种抗生素中Uu和Mh对米诺环素、多西环素和交沙霉素敏感性强,Uu 合并Mh感染对抗菌药物的耐药率明显增高.结论:治疗泌尿生殖道支原体感染应根据药敏试验结果来选用抗生素.

Abstract:Objective: To provide information for the clinical application by comparison of antibacterial action of antibiotics in the genitourinary tract infection patients. Methods: Cervix or urethral secretions were obtained from 1183 patients with cervicitis, vaginitis or nongonococcal urethritis. The mycoplasma detection was achieved by culture-susceptibility test. Results: Amount to 534 cases were infected with mycoplasma including 352 female (65.9%) and 182 male (34.1%) male, among which, 356 cases were mycoplasma urealytium (Uu), 16 cases were human mycoplasma (Mh) and 162 cases were combined infection. The female have higher infection rate than the male (P<0.01), Uu and Mh were sensitive to minocycline, deoxycycline and josamycin. The combined infection exhibited highly resistant to antibacterials. Conclusions: Antibiotics for genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection should be selected according to the result of drug susceptibity test.
