| 摘 要： | 目的根据临床需求制备以加替沙星和奥硝唑为主药的妇科栓并建立质量控制标准。方法以硬脂酸聚烃氧(40)酯(S-40)为主基质,用热熔法制备。采用双波长紫外分光法测定栓剂中加替沙星和奥硝唑的含量。结果加替沙星和奥硝唑的平均回收率分别为99.36%(RSD=1.37%)和101.05%(RSD=0.86%),成品稳定性好,刺激性小。结论该栓剂制备方法简便,质量控制准确,适合作为医院制剂推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare the vaginal suppository consisting of gatifloxcacin and ornidazole and to establish quality control.Methods Production was finished with the melting by principal excipient of S-40.The contents of the gatifloxcacin and ornidazole in suppository were deterrmined by dual wavelength UV spectrophotometry.Results The average recovery of gatifloxcacin and ornidazole was 99.36%(RSD=1.37%) versus 101.05%(RSD=0.86%),the suppository had good stability and no stimulation.Conclusion The preparation is simple and feasible,the method of assay is accurate.The vaginal suppository warrants for the hospital pharmacy compounding. |
