老年冠心病患者抑郁状态与社会心理因素的相关性研究

目的观察社会心理因素与老年冠心病患者抑郁状态之间的关系。方法对200例老年冠心病患者进行社会心理因素、自评抑郁量表、社会支持评定量表、日常生活能力量表调查,然后进行Logistic回归分析及Pearson相关分析。结果老年冠心病患者抑郁症发病率为53.65%;Logistic回归分析教育程度低、病程长、发作次数多增加了患者的抑郁状态发生的危险性(OR值分别为0.44、0.304、7.308,P<0.05);SDS与客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度动能力呈负相关,其关联性具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),与躯体生活自理能力、工具性生活能力呈正相关,其关联性具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论老年冠心病患者抑郁状态发生率高;与社会心理因素密切相关。

The reserch of correlation between senile coronary heart disease with depression and psychosocial factors

Objective To observe the correlation between depression and psychosocial factors in old patients with senile coronary heart disease.Methods To exam the social and psychological factors,self-rating depression scale,social support scale and ADL in patients with Senile coronary heart disease with depression.Results The prevalence rate of depression was 53.65%.Logistic regression analysis showed that low education,longer duration,multiple episodes of depression in patients increased the risk of occurrence,(OR values were 0.44,0.304,7.308,P<0.05);SDS was negatively correlated with objective support,subjective support,support for dynamic capacity utilization(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and positively with physical self-care capacity and tool life skills(P<0.01).Conclusion Incidence of depression in patients with Senile coronary heart disease is high,which is closely related to social psychological factors.
