| 摘 要： | 党务工作作为医院工作的一个组成部分,对于促进医院持续健康发展具有重要作用。本文从我院实际情况出发,在对党务工作概况分析的基础上,针对党务工作中存在的一些问题,提出了一些相应的解决策略,希望有助于改善医院党务工作状况。
