| 摘 要： | 为了研究肝气郁结证的病理生理基础，采用放射免疫法测定了辨证属肝气郁结证的神经衰弱、乳痛证、慢性胃炎和慢性胆囊炎等患者５４例。结果表明肝气郁结证患者血浆Ｌ－ＥＮＫ、ＡＮＰ含量显著低于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＡＶＰ含量显著高于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示肝气郁结证与中枢神经对情绪调节功能异常密切相关

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the pathophysiological basis of the syndrome of liver-Qi stagnation,we determined plasma contents of L-ENK,AVP and ANP by radioimmunoasay in 54 patients with the syndrome of liver-Qi stagnation who were diagnosed as neuroses,breast diseases,chronic gastritis and chronic cholecystitis et al.The results showed that plasma levels of L-ENK and ANP in patients were obviously lower than healthy subjects(P<0.01),while AVP was obviously higher than healthy subjects(P<0.01).The results suggest that the syndrome of liver-Qi stagnation has a direct bearing on the function of regulating emotion of the central nervous system. |
