Abstract:Syringocystadenoma papilliferum (SCAP) is a rare benign skin tumour characterized by extensive papillary epithelial elements growing into the dermis. SCAP often presents at birth and most commonly in the head and neck. However, it rarely involves ear. Here, we present a case of SCAP involving external auditory canal and pinna and its surgical management involving excision and split skin grafting.
