志愿服务视角下医学生社会责任感培养--以山东第一医科大学为例

医学生的社会责任感是高校德育的重要一环,志愿服务的育人功能不言而喻。通过山东第一医科大学Z学院大学生参与志愿服务的现状与社会责任感认知情况,采用问卷调查的方法,着重分析志愿服务与医学生社会责任感培养的内在逻辑联系,并据此提出相应对策,为医学生德育提供有益建议。

Cultivation of medical students’sense of social responsibility from the perspective of voluntary service--a case study of Shandong First Medical University

Medical students’sense of social responsibility is an important part of moral education in colleges and universities and the educational function of voluntary service is self-evident.This paper is based on the present situation of college students’participation in voluntary service and their cognition of social responsibility in Z College of Shandong First Medical University,and uses questionnaire survey,anwlyzed the internal logical relationship between voluntary service and the cultivation of medical students’sense of social responsibility.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide useful suggestions for medical students’moral education.
