综合护理干预对膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后切口痛发生率的影响

目的 探讨综合护理干预对膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后切口痛发生率的影响。方法 选取2020年8月至2022年8月在杭州市富阳中医骨伤医院行关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的184例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=92）和观察组（n=92）。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者术前、术后3d、术后1周时抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale,SDS）和焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale,SAS）评分,采用视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue scale,VAS）评估两组术后1d、3d、5d、1周的切口疼痛情况,比较手术1周、4周时,两组的切口痛发生率和出院护理满意度。结果 术后3d、1周时,两组SAS评分和SDS评分均显著低于术前（P<0.05）,且观察组各评分与同期对照组相比均显著降低（P<0.05）。术后1d、3d、5d、1周时,观察组前内侧、前外侧切口的VAS评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。术后7d及4周,观察组患者前内侧和前外侧切口痛发...

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence of incision pain after knee arthroscopy anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence of incision pain after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Method A total of 184 patients who underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction at Hangzhou Fuyang Bone of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group (n=92) and observation group (n=92) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Compared the self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores of the two groups on preoperative, 3 days and 1 week after surgery. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to assess incisional pain in both groups at 1 day, 3 days, 5 days, 1 week and postoperatively, compared the incidence of incisional pain at 7 days and 4 weeks postoperatively and satisfaction with care in both groups. Result At 3 days and 1 week postoperatively, SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly lower in both groups than before surgery (P<0.05), and each score was significantly lower in the observation group compared with the control group during the same period (P<0.05). At 1 day, 3 days, 5 days and 1 week after surgery, the VAS scores of the anteromedial and anterolateral incisions were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.05). At 7 days and 4 weeks postoperatively, the incidence of anteromedial and anterolateral incision pain were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent rate of satisfactory care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can relieve the negative emotions of patients after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, reduce the incidence of postoperative incision pain.
