| Abstract: | The article takes the affiliated hospital of Chengde Medical College as an example, and summarizes the existing problems of the traditional logistics management system. It elaborates the improvement measures of logistics human resource management from three aspects: personnel training, assessment mechanism and cultural construction, and puts forward recommendations on the human resource management of public hospitals in the process of social reform. |
