高血压合并糖耐量异常的早期干预分析

目的探讨对原发性高血压合并糖耐量异常（IGT）患者进行高血糖干预治疗的转归。方法筛选原发性高血压合并IGT患者（45—80岁）121人，分两组（干预组，对照组），两组均给予降压及调脂等治疗以及生活方式指导，干预组同时给予二甲双胍治疗餐后高血糖，随访2年。结果2年后干预组无一例发展为糖尿病，对照组13例（21．7％）进展为糖尿病。对照组心衰及脑卒中的发病率均高于干预组。结论原发性高血压合并IGT的患者在降压调脂等综合治疗基础上早期干预餐后高血糖，可显著减少新发糖尿病的发生率，降低心脑血管事件的发生率，提示重视筛查IGT及早期干预的重要性。
