| 摘 要： | 目的]了解鹿茸人参制剂的安全性。方法]小鼠急性经口毒性试验,Ames试验,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验,小鼠精子畸形试验,大鼠30 d喂养试验。结果]该制剂急性经口毒性为无毒,在三项遗传毒性试验中均为阴性结果,在30 d喂养试验中也无异常发现。结论]鹿茸人参制剂安全无毒。

| Abstract: | Objective]To study the safety of the preparation of pilose antler and ginseng.Methods]Used the acute toxicity test in mice,Ames test,micronuclei test of bone marrow cell,sperm shape abnormality test in mice and 30 days feeding test in rats.Results]The preparation of pilose antler and ginseng had no acute toxicity.All three genetic toxicity tests had negative results.Abnormal phenomena were not found in 30 days feeding test.Conclusion]The preparation of pilose antler and ginseng is safe to use. |
