| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性肾小球肾炎患者外周血CD62p的变化及其临床意义。方法分别以流式细胞法、ELISA法检测急性肾小球肾炎患者治疗前后以及正常对照组外周血血小板CD62p及血清可溶性CD62p含量。结果急性肾小球肾炎患者治疗前外周血血小板CD62p及血浆CD62p含量均较对照组明显升高(p<0.01);且治疗后显著下降(p<0.01)。结论外周血血小板CD62p及血清CD62p水平的变化与肾脏损伤有较密切的关系,可以作为急性肾小球肾炎病情变化的监测指标和预后判断指标,同时也为在肾小球肾炎发病早期使用抗粘附分子抗体及药物治疗提供新的手段。
