| 摘 要： | 目的建立康妇灵片中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，以氨基键合硅胶为填充剂，以乙腈-无水乙醇-3％磷酸溶液（82：5．5：12．5）为流动相，检测波长为220nm。结果苦参碱和氧化苦参碱分别在0．191—1．528ug和0．136—0．682ug范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系，其平均回收率分别为99．73％和96．96％，其RSD分别为1．13％和1．44％。结论该方法简便、快速、准确，可用于康妇灵片的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish a method for determination of matrine and oxymatrine in kangfuling tablets. Method HPLC was developed for the determination of matrine and oxymatrine in kangfuling tablets on spherisorb-amino linkage silicagel column, with acetonitrile-ethanol-3% phosphate acid（82： 5.5：12.5 ） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 220 nm. Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity over the range between 0. 191 and 1. 528 ug for matrine. The average recovery was 99.73% and RSD was 1.13%. The calibration curve showed a good linearity over the range frow 0. 136 to 0.682 ug for oxymatrine. The average recovery was 99.96% and RSD was 1.44%. Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid and accurate,which can be used for controlling the quality of kangfuling tablets. |
