| 摘 要： | 目的保障节假日护理安全，提高护理管理水平。方法建立“节假日护理安全保障预案”和“节前护理安全检查标准”；节假日前对照标准做好充分准备；节假日期间强调应急汇报与应对，确保护理人力；节假日后注重总结。结果节假日期间护士的调配保障了护理安全，护理风险事件逐年减少。结论建立科学的节假日安全保障预案并有效落实，能提高护士的安全意识和应对能力，减少护理风险事件，切实保障节假日护理安全。
