| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨原位腰椎间盘突出症术后复发的微创治疗方法。方法：使用显微内镜椎间盘手术系统（Microendoscoopic Discectomy，MED）从后路对19例腰椎间盘突出症术后原位复发的微创治疗。结果：19例平均随访36个月。优13例，良4例，可2例，差0例。结论：使用椎间盘镜治疗原位腰椎间盘突出症术后复发的方法有诸多优点，不经原切口，不直接剥离硬膜表面的疤痕组织，减少损伤硬脊膜、神经根的风险，并且最大限度维持脊柱的稳定性。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the minimally invasive option for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation recurrence in situ. Method Nineteen cases with lumbar disc herniation recurrence in situ were treated with microendoscopic discectomy(MED).Results Nineteen cases were followed up for 36 months on average.According to the Nakai standard,excellent was obtained in 13,good in 4, amelionrtive in 2,and poor in 0.Conclusion Minimally invasive option has efficacy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation recurrence in situ without influence on the stability of pine,does not need to through primary incision and separate scar tissue,reduces the injury of the dura mater spinalisad and the nerve roots. |
