| 摘 要： | 目的 就同期剖宫产与阴道分娩产后出血、新生儿出生情况进行比较。方法 对我院1999年8－12月剖宫产1051例进行回顾性分析。结果 两组差异无显著性。结论 增加剖宫产率并不能降低围产儿死亡率，如何降低剖宫产率，合理掌握剖宫产指征，是提高产科质量的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To review and analyze the indications of 1051 cases of Caesarean operation from August 1999 to December 1999 .Methods Compared the situation between Caesarean birth group and obstetric canal birth group concerning the postpartum hemorrhage or newborn baby general condition.Results There have not been showed any significant differences between two groups.Conclusions The indications of Caesarean operation should be properly carried out. |
