糖尿病足溃疡的中医外治研究进展

随着人们对糖尿病足的重视和中医学研究的深入,包括中药熏洗、中药溻渍、中药外敷、针灸疗法及皮肤原位再生医疗技术在内的中医外治法越来越多地被应用到糖尿病足的治疗中,尤其是皮肤原位再生医疗技术的应用更是大大降低了精尿病足的致残率和致死率,得到了临床医师的高度评价和广泛认可。为了进一步了解中医外治法对糖尿病足溃疡的治疗效果,笔行通过查阅大量文献资料,并结合自身临床经验,总结、分析了近年来中医外治法防治糖尿病足溃疡的研究进展,为临床治疗糖尿病足溃疡提供了可靠的依据。

Research on External Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcer with TCM

As people pay more attention to diabetic foot and the TCM study advances, external treatments with TCM including fuming and washing, staining and coating with TCM, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and in situ skin regeneration technology have been more and more applied in the treatment of diabetic foot, especially that the in situ skin regeneration technology has helped reduce significantly the disability rate and mortality of diabetic foot. Therefore, it has won wide support and sound approval from clinicians. To further understand the effect of external treatment of diabetic foot with TCM, the authors summarized and analyzed the progress of research on external treatment of DFU with TCM and provided reliable proof for clinical treatment of DFU by searching extensive literature and referring to their own clinical experience.
