微量凝集试验在军团病流行病学调查中的应用

摘    要:本文报告了应用微量凝集试验在广东地区现场进行军团病血清流行病学研究的结果。调查表明,广东地区存在不同型别的嗜肺军团菌感染。广州以Lp3型抗体阳性率最高(34.09%),6型次之(6.82%),其他型别较低。乐昌地区1、3、6型阳性率分别为9.91%、10.81%和5.41%。MA与PHA比较,两者抗体阳性检出率相同,抗体滴度符合率为88.46%。初步认为MA具有简单、经济、敏感、特异、快速等优点,是一种适合于基层单位进行军团病诊断及血清流行病学调查的有效工具。

Abstract:This paper reports the results of a serological survey of infection with Legionella in Guang Dong Province by using microagglutination. It was found that there are several serogroups of L.pneumophila infections in Guang Dong Province.
In Guang-Zhou the positive rate in antibodies against Lp 3 appears the highest (34.09%), Lp6 the next (6.82%), and the others (Lp1, 2, 4, 5) are relatively lower. In Le-chang District, the positive rates of antibodies against Lp1, 3, 6 were 9.91%, 10.81% and 5.41%, respectively. In comparson with PHA, MA was found to be equal in sensitivity and specificity. The rate of coincidence was 88.46%. However, MA assay presents a lot of advantages: rapid, simple, economic and specific. It seems to be a quite effective tool for use in epidemiologic survey of Legionellosis in China.
