| 摘 要： | 报告1例水源性肢端角化病.患者女,38岁.双手掌、手指接触水数分钟后局部出现白色丘疹或斑块,皮损出现后局部有紧绷感,离开水约0.5 h后皮损及自觉症状均全部消退.平素无手足多汗,非特应性体质,家族成员中无类似疾病.皮损组织病理检查示角质层和棘层增厚.

| Abstract: | One case of aquagenic acrokeratoderma was reported. A 38-year-old woman complained of whitish papules or plagues on the palms and lateral aspect of fingers instantly contacted with water. There was localized tightness. All the lesions disappeared themselves 30 minutes after removal of water. Skin biopsies showed hyperkeratosis and acanthosis in the epidermis. There were no hyperhidrosis or atopic constitution or familial inheritance. |
