| Abstract: | Striking pyramidal hyperechogenicity resembling the sonographic appearance of medullary nephrocalcinosis was found in autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease (ARPKD). This sonographic pattern is distinctly different from those described previously in ARPKD. |
