寰枢椎半脱位的三维诊断及治疗

目的：研究与总结寰枢椎半脱位的X线片三维诊断和针刀松解、手法整脊的治疗效果。方法：选取寰枢椎半脱位的患者38例，投照相关X线片，并由此作出三维诊断，对确诊者进行针刀松解和手法整脊治疗，定期回访，观察患者的治疗效果情况。结果：经过1～3次治疗后，随访3个月，痊愈32例，显效6例，治愈率84．2％，有效率100％。结论：通过X线片对寰枢椎半脱位作出三维诊断并依此选择针刀和相应的手法整脊治疗，是寰枢椎半脱位诊疗的有效方法。

Three-dimensional Diagnosis and Therapy for Atlantoaxial Subluxation

Objective：To summarize the three--dimensional diagnosis of atlantoaxial subluxation with X--ray photograph and to evaluate the therapeutic effects of acupotomy and spinal manipulation technique. Methods：Thirty--eight patients diagnosed with X--ray photographs as atlantoaxial subluxation were given acupotomy and spinal manipulation technique. The therapeutic effects were observed by regular follow--ups. Results： All patients were treated 1 to 3 times and a 3--month follow--up showed that 32 cases cured and 6 cases improved, with cure rate 84.2 % and the total effective rate 100%. Conclusion： It is an effective method to make three--dimensional diagnosis of atlantoaxial subluxation with X--ray photograph and thereafter adopt therapies of acupotomy and spinal manipulation technique.
