Analysis of curative effect of laparoscopic uterine abdominal wall suspension in treatment of uterine prolapse

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic uterine abdominal wall suspension in the treatment of uterine prolapse.Methods A The clinical data of 76 patients with uterine prolapse who were admitted to the first affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2015-01 to 2019-05 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,40 cases of laparoscopic uterine abdominal wall suspension were performed in the study group.Control group 36 cases of laparoscopic uterine sacral headland suspension.Comparison and analysis of operation condition and treatment effect in 2 groups.Results The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were all less than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The pelvic organ prolapse quantitative staging(POP-Q)1 year after operation in both groups was significantly better than that before operation(P<0.05).The scores of pelvic organ prolapse-urinary incontinence sexual questionnaire(PISQ-12)1 year after operation in both groups were significantly better than those before operation(P<0.05).In the study group,there was 1 case of postoperative urinary frequency.In the control group,there was 1 case of mesh exposure after operation.After 1 year of postoperative follow-up,no recurrence was found in both groups.Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine abdominal wall suspension and sacral headland suspension have good results in the treatment of uterine prolapse.However,laparoscopic uterine wall suspension has the advantages of short operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,short postoperative stay in hospital,low medical costs,and no mesh related complications.
