摘    要:目的探讨持续质量改进在肿瘤科医疗收费管理中的应用。方法收集肿瘤科2017年—2018年医院费用质控小组成员检查医疗收费管理情况的汇总数据。将2017年1月—12月的检查结果作为对照组,2018年1月—12月持续性改进过程中的情况作为干预组,将两组的数据进行分析。将存在的问题科室进行根本原因分析,对存在的问题提出新的整改计划,持续改进肿瘤科医疗收费管理工作质量。结果持续改进后,本病区在医嘱规范管理、一次性耗材使用登记及录入管理、检验检查、药品差错的退费率等问题差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),结论持续质量改进可有效提高住院患者医疗收费的准确率,促进医院价格管理水平的提高,减少由于费用带来的纠纷,提高患者对医院的信任度和满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of continuous quality improvement in medical charge management of oncology department.Methods Collect the data of medical fee checked by members of the hospital fee quality control team in the oncology department from 2017 to 2018.The results from January to December 2017 were taken as the control group,and the situation in the continuous improvement process from January to December 2018 was taken as the intervention group,and the data of the two groups were analyzed.The root causes of the existing problems,propose new rectification plans for the existing problems,and continuously improve the quality of medical fee managemen were analyzed.Results After continuous improvement,there were statistically significant differences in the standardized management of doctor’s advice,the registration and input management of disposable consumables,the hysical and chemical inspection,and the refund rate of drug errors in the ward(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement can effectively improve the accuracy of inpatient medical charges and promote the level of hospital price management.Reduce disputes caused by expenses and improve patients’ trust and satisfaction with the hospital.
